The thumbnail images need to be 150×150.
For some reason the tourism minister’s image causes other images to be misaligned. I thought it was because he had two lines of caption but two other photos have two lines of caption when viewed in FireFox and IE (though not in Chrome).
As a work-around I put the minister at the top of the speakers on his own line. To put a photo on it’s own line, set Alignement=none (instead of left).
